We purchased a few days ago a lovely home in Rockland, Maine. Because we were not in town, we depended on Fletcher for advice regarding properties we found on Zillow. She advised us regarding the relative merits of the neighborhoods and older homes that attracted us, and was careful to make sure we understood complicated situations regarding specific properties. She showed candidate properties to our brother who lives locally, and confidently recommended the home we ended up buying as soon as she saw its remodeled interior. She provided specific advice regarding what inspections to do and how to negotiate a good price. Fletcher seems to know everyone in Rockland and to understand how to work productively with inspectors, lawyers, banks, the city and other Real Estate agents there. We had been involved in two previous Real Estate transactions during the pandemic and Fletcher was by far the most competent, helpful and pleasant of the three agents we worked with.
